Membership Terms

Introduction

These "Membership Terms" govern your use of any of Total Life Longevity membership services (as defined below). Our Terms of Use more broadly governs your use of all of our Services and Websites, including the Total Life Longevity Services, the terms of which are incorporated herein (collectively, the Membership Terms and Terms of Use are the "Terms"). Please read our Terms of Use carefully as they include important provisions regarding your use of the Services.

All capitalized terms not defined in these Membership Terms have the respective meanings set forth in our Terms of Use. To the extent any provision of these Membership Terms conflicts with any provision of our Terms of Use, these Membership Terms will supersede our Terms of Use to the extent of the conflict only.

BY PURCHASING OR USING ANY OF OUR MEMBERSHIP SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT OR CANNOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE MEMBERSHIP. THESE TERMS OF USE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS PROVIDED HEREIN.

Membership Services

Total Life Longevity Memberships offer unlimited access to participate in on-line and in-person Wellness Offerings for a fixed monthly or annual fee (the "membership" or "membership services"). Membership is available to individuals in the United States only. Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis, and will automatically renew for the selected term if not canceled in accordance with our Cancellation and Billing terms (see below).

Forming Your Membership

You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States in order to register and place an order for the membership services.

You will need to complete the checkout process and save a payment method through our integrated payment processor in order to register your initial account with us. Memberships may not be purchased on behalf of minor children.

Before you submit your order, you can review and correct any mistakes. Make sure to double-check your order before confirming it. You are responsible for making sure your order is correct and complete, and that you understand the membership details, including any limits on the services. Our membership order process is only available in the English language.

Your order for the Total Life membership services is an offer by you to enter into a membership with us. We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email. These Terms and the order will become legally binding on you and us when you place your order and each order shall incorporate the Terms and shall be a new and separate contract between you and us.

Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer free trials of our Total Life membership. Unless you cancel your Total Life membership prior to the end of your free trial, you will automatically become a paying user for the membership service. The payment method that you provided will automatically be charged the current Total Life membership fee either monthly or annually, depending on your selected membership term, unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

If you wish to cancel or modify your Total Life membership after the end of your free trial period or at any time during your Total Life membership, you may do so by logging into your Total Life Longevity Account and following the cancellation or modification instructions at least one day before the next billing cycle.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, MODIFY, OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Billing

Plans and Pricing. The Fees for Total Life membership services will be stated at the time of your purchase or sign-up, as applicable. All Fees will be assessed in the applicable currency of the user's country of residence. Fees are billed at the start of the membership period you have selected, and at the start of each new billing period until you cancel. For example, if you select a monthly membership, you will be billed at the start of each month until you cancel.

Annual recurring memberships are fixed annual commitments that are either payable monthly or payable annually with a small discount. We reserve the right to change our Total Life membership plans or adjust pricing for our membership services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion, on advance notice to you. If you do not wish to continue your Total Life membership services following any price changes, you can cancel your membership in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Payment Method. To use the Total Life membership services, you must provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment, and to keep that payment method updated as necessary. You authorize Total Life to charge any payment method associated with your Account for payment of the Total Life membership services. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment for membership services or a renewal is not successful and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend access to the Total Life membership services until we have successfully charged a valid payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Total Life membership at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to the membership services through the end of your current billing period. Upon the earlier of (i) the end of that membership period, or (ii) closure of your Total Life Account, you will no longer have access to the Total Life membership services or content, including any personal information you have provided to Total Life through your use of the Services.

Termination

Term. These Membership Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or Total Life as set out in this Section.

Termination by Total Life. Total Life may cancel your membership and account at any time if: (1) you violate any of the rules in these Membership Terms, or take actions in such a way that indicates you don't plan to follow them; (2) Total Life is required by law to cancel your membership; (3) Total Life stops offering services in your country, state, or area; or (4) Total Life decides it's no longer practical or cost-effective to provide the services to you. If we need to cancel your membership for reasons (3) or (4), we'll try to give you at least 60 days' notice before we do.

We may terminate your membership if we find any activity suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or illegal, which we may report to local authorities. You acknowledge and agree that Total Life will not be held responsible to you or any third party for terminating your access to the Total Life membership services under these circumstances.

Changes to the Membership

Total Life may make changes to all or any part of these Membership Terms from time to time, and at any time. Without limitation, these changes may include changes to the Total Life membership services, the price at which the membership services are offered, the renewal structure and term, and eligibility requirements.

We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of any such amendments by sending a message to the email address associated with your account, and as applicable, posting a notice and a new copy of the Membership Terms on our Site. You may refuse the amendment and cancel your Account without cost, penalty or cancellation indemnity, by sending us notice to that effect no later than thirty (30) days after you receive notice of the new terms.

Unless you notify us within thirty (30) days from the time you receive notice of the amendment that you do not agree to the new terms, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Membership Terms. If any change to these Membership Terms is unacceptable to you, you may stop using our Total Life membership services and delete your Account at any time.
